The age estimate wasn't enough

The selfie age estimate couldn't confirm that you're 18 or over. You can confirm your age with an ID document instead, with VerifyMy.

We couldn't confirm your age

None of the checks could confirm that you're 18 or over, so things kept for grown-ups stay covered. You can try again.

To see this you need to be 18 or over. Give your date of birth, then our partner VerifyMy will confirm your age with a quick selfie age estimate. You'll only be asked for ID if the estimate can't confirm it.

Date of birth

Your email address will be shared with our third party partner, VerifyMy and used in accordance with their Privacy Policy to verify your age.
